RETURN, REPLACEMENT, CANCEL & REFUND POLICY

Returning a product is as easy as buying a product from BhopalEMall.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you received you can return the same for 100% cash refund.

How to cancel on your own by following these steps-

Login to your account.
In my account page you can view your orders.
In the same row you can see cancel button. Just press that button and your order will be canceled.

Conditions applied-

Defective/incorrect product replacement-
You notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped product within 2 days of receipt of the product or is not as shown in the photos otherwise the product will not be returned. You can either email our Customer Service team at admin@bhopalemall.com or call us on —–

To return the product(s) you have to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team. Our team will in turn arrange a suitable time with our courier partner for pickup which shall be within 2 days from the date of your intimation to return the Products. Please note that if you have agreed a time for pick up with our customer support team, you shall put your best efforts to make yourself available at the agreed time for pickup of the Product.We shall make one attempt to collect the Product from your address after which if the courier fails to find you at the address, there will be a Rs. 50 deduction from the amount to be refunded to you for every attempt after the first time to collect the Products from you.

The product returned to us should meet the following specifications:

Must have the invoice.

Have all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items

Originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Be in an unused/sellable condition.

As soon as we have received the product, if all the above are in order, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you.You will be informed when a replacement has been shipped out.

In the event that the product received back by us does not meet the specifications above, or any of the below apply, then the product can neither be replaced, nor can a refund be provided:

product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse.
product has a manufacturing defect, but has been used.
product has been tampered with.

Please ensure that the product is not rendered unsellable and is packed in its original packing with tags, if any, intact.

In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a credit or a full cash refund.
In the event that a replacement is available in stock, and you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund either via the card you paid for (for card payments) or via cheque (for COD payments).

Needless to say, we can offer to replace only product(s) purchased on BhopalEMall.com.

Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect product(s) to you, or that the product (s) was damaged in transit to you only if informed us within 2 days of receipt of the product(s).

Return/cancellation of a product you no longer want-

You can cancel an order in one of two ways.
Call us on —– or write to us on admin@bhopalemall.com
If you cancel an order by calling us, before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount.
If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can do one of the following:
If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support team and inform them of the same.
If despite informing us, since the package has already left for your address, you receive the product, you can refuse the delivery of the product (i.e. do not accept the package).
If you have received the order, and are now wanting to cancel (i.e. return the product), then please follow the steps as mentioned in point (iv) below.
You can return any product that you have received as long as the:
product(s) is unused and contains invoice.
the product is retuned in its original condition i.e. the product(s) is returned to us with all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

You need to inform us of your intention to return the item to us within 2 days from the receipt of the product to you. To return the product(s) you have to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team. Our team will in turn arrange a suitable time with our courier partner for pickup which shall be within 2 days from the date of your intimation to return the Products. Please note that if you have agreed a time for pick up you shall put your best efforts to make yourself available at the agreed time for pickup of the Product. We shall make one attempt to collect the Product from your address after which if the courier fails to find you at the address, there will be Rs 100 deduction from the amount refunded to you for every such attempt after the first time to collect the Product from you.

You will receive a refund of the amount you paid less deductions (any rescheduling charges defined above) either online you paid for (for card payments and netbanking) or via cheque (for COD payments).

Upon receiving the product back, we will inspect the product and package. Once the returned product is found eligible for refund, your refund will be processed within 2 to 5 working days

To maintain our high standard of hygiene and professional service, we shall accept returns of all items except the following:
Lingerie – briefs/ bottom wear
Socks
Cosmetics/Beauty products.
Free items.
